Short Bio:
Angelo Capossele received his Ph.D. in Computer Science from Rome University "La Sapienza," Italy, in 2014. He is currently a post-doc researcher in the Computer Science Department of the University of Rome “La Sapienza”.His research interests include security, Internet of Things, underwater communications and networking, to which he has contributed with several papers published in leading venues. He participated in several EC projects including the FP7 ARTEMIS CHIRON project, the FP7 GENESI project  and the FP7 SUNRISE project.  He is also an active member of the PRIN project TENACE, where he is designing and developing security solutions focused on the protection of national critical infrastructures from cyber threats. Capossele is currently collaborating with Sapienza startup companies and research centers to design novel technologies supporting secure, cooperative and heterogeneous underwater acoustic networks.
